When you browse CarrierRecord, we collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time on site, browser type, and device information through cookies and analytics services.
How We Use Your Information
- Case review submissions: If you submit a case review indicating you were involved in a trucking accident, we may share your contact information with licensed attorneys or legal services firms in your state who can provide a free consultation. We will never sell your information to non-legal third parties.

All carrier safety data displayed on CarrierRecord comes from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), part of the U.S. Department of Transportation. This data is already publicly available. We organize and present it in an accessible format but do not create or modify the underlying government records.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at privacy@carrierrecord.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
